Job Description

  • Manage recruitment & selection by acquiring talents; maintain talent pool.  
  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and best practices to attract and retain diverse talent. 
  • Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires. 
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of recruitment activities and metrics in the applicant tracking system 
  • Manage pre/on-board; off-board program to ensure new hire quick adapt with Greatfoods working environment.   
  • Do benchmarking salary and benefits to ensure our remunerations system is competitive.  
  • Identify training needs, implement training & development plan for all population. 
  • Partnering with HR Manager to manage compliance, update and train local legal regulations to all population.    
  • Review & set up HR policies and procedures to align with Greatfoods.   
  • Partnering with HR Manager on man-power planning, HR Budget/Forecast, succession planning.  
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Vietnam HR Manager 

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in human resources management at multinational companies. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business  
  • Energetic, enthusiasm, self-motivation, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence

Job Description

  • Code and submit invoices to the Director of Marketing for approval
  • Create social media content and maintain a social media calendar
  • Coordinate marketing material orders and weekly material shipments to communities
  • Plan and execute email campaigns
  • Work with vendors to order signage, site maps, swag and other marketing materials as needed
  • Schedule & upload media, including photography, videography
  • Plan and execute events (Realtor, consumer, employee, etc.)
  • Monitor website to maintain accuracy, including coordination of monthly website reviews and content updates
  • Update branding content on all company websites, including but not limited to photo galleries, videos, and homeowner testimonials
  • Monitor 3rd party mapping platforms on a monthly basis and make revisions as needed
  • Optimize YouTube content
  • Maintain & distribute status and other reports/schedules on a regular basis
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Experience

  • 2+ years degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • Familiarity in social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with general direction and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in promotion register on Ministry of Industry and Trade system.
